  • Flex Hours Per Day
    • We will consider start and end day flexible times if we can accommodate
    • Will consider Saturday mornings for foreseeable future
    • Need more than 3 in any facility at a time for safety
  • Flex Work Week (Hourly Only)
    • We will allow (4) 10 hour days
    • OR, We will allow (5) 8 hour days
  • Part Time Employment will be considered
    • We will work internal training for welders, CNC, Robotics, etc.
    • We will work with local Vo-Tech if available
